A Letter From Our PresidentWelcome to the Epsilon Theta chapter of Gamma Phi Beta! My name is Carson Davis and I am honored to be serving as the 2023 President of this amazing chapter!
When I came to Clemson my freshman year, I knew I wanted to get involved to find a family at such a big school. During sorority recruitment, I found myself at home in Gamma Phi Beta, and it has given me all I had hoped for and much more! A little bit about me, I am a Senior Graphic Communications major from Charleston, South Carolina. In my free time, I love photography, shopping, and going to the beach or lake. My favorite sorority event is the Valentine's cocktail, but they are all so fun! A sorority is more than just a group of women coming together for a common purpose – it is a sisterhood that is bonded through all of the small moments that we get to share together. Our sisterhood is in the Bachelor watch parties that we have on the hall and the coffee dates we share with one another. It’s in the game days where we cheer on the tigers together and the late night chats we have with our sisters turned roommates. It’s all of the little things that I didn’t even think about when joining a sorority that have made my time in one so special. In Gamma Phi Beta, our four core values are love, labor, learning and loyalty. We push each other to strive for those values every day and through them, we encourage one another to make a difference in the world around us. These women continue to make me proud every single day through their dedication to service and sisterhood. As president, I hope to inspire our women to love one another to the fullest, strive for excellence both in and out of the classroom, and continue to foster the friendships they have made through Gamma Phi Beta. I am so excited to see what the rest of this year has in store for us, and I am so excited to lead these incredible women through another year full of memories.
